Mr. Flagg,
I have received your letter concerning the matter. I will be able to charter a boat but it will take a small while. I would expect three weeks for arrival no less. As far as funds go what you have already sent shall be more than sufficient.
Now, please forgive me, but I must address you personally. I know you said you were a man of God Mr. Flagg, and that you don’t believe in “heathen superstitions” as you call it. But I must warn you, what has been happening here, in the mists and the trees, is something no mortal man should even speak of, let alone attempt to confront. It might be in your best interest to forsake whatever lies in that fog, for the aos sí are not for men to trifle with. Even so, if you wish to pursue this foolish effort, I shall aid whoever you send.
Sincerely,
Connor Ó Glaisne
